Mario is an excellent guide and instructor, not only on the water, but also in learning the Costa Rican culture. He really helped improve my kayaking technique by focusing on all the basic building blocks of paddling. I can’t recommend him highly enough if you’re looking to escape the cold this winter and go some place beautiful to improve your paddling skills.
